Started as a small two-man roofing company, Straight Line has grown tremendously in a the past ten years. We are now able to offer commercial as well as residential services for roofing and roof repairs, construction and additions, windows and custom showers, insulation, gutters and leaf guards, painting, decks, and siding. We have our customers to thank for that.

We carry workers' compensation, automobile, and $4 million in liability insurance, which, unlike most insurance policies, will cover damages to your project even while it’s undergoing construction. History
The owner and operator, Jack Borba, was born and raised in El Dorado County and began working in the trade with his father before the age of ten. Taking college courses at night, Jack worked through an extensive apprenticeship program and soon held journeyman, foreman, superintendent, and branch manager positions at established local companies. In 1999, Jack and a partner decided to start a roofing company of their own. Working out of their trucks and a small office, they built Straight Line into one of the largest roofing companies in the greater Sacramento region.
